Today’s Menu: Egg Sandwich and Hash Brown
For Breakfast this morning I prepared an Egg White Ham and Cheese Omelet. I used Egg Beater’s Egg Whites, Meijer Diced Ham, Sargento Off the Block Sharp Cheddar Cheese, and Ortega Smoky Chipotle Taco Sauce. Love these Omelets! I also toasted a slice of Aunt Millie’s Light Whole Grain Bread and had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. Over night and into the morning we had rain and some sleet. Snow showers and light rain with a high of 34 degrees for the day. Salted the driveway after Breakfast. Our driveway is a hill so its always a problem in the Winter. Did some computer cleaning today. Cleaned out the dust in and around the processor and then deleted some old files and pictures. Ran scans, its tune up day! So for Dinner tonight it’s an Egg Sandwich and Hash Browns.
